INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WANE) - The Indianapolis Zoo is hosting its 44th annual Christmas at the Zoo.

The zoo will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays from November 23 to December 30.

The event will feature LED lights on display throughout the zoo, a We Three Trees display, an All-A-Glow Light Show, and holiday train rides.

There will also be hot cocoa, fudge, cinnamon rolls, and caramel apples, along with carolers singing holiday songs.

Children can decorate cookies with Mrs. Clause, write letters to Santa, and view Santa’s Tropical Paradise in the Hilbert Conservatory. Kids can also take pictures with Santa.

Dolphin Dome, which will be featuring a holiday-themed dolphin show, Deserts, and Oceans are indoor exhibits that will be open during Christmas at the Zoo.

Christmas at the Zoo is included with regular zoo admission and is free for Indianapolis Zoo members.

Guests can purchase discounted tickets from any Indianapolis area Donatos or Teachers Credit Union location.
