Police arrest alleged child molester

ROCHESTER, Ind. (WANE) - A Rochester man was arrested Saturday for allegedly molesting a 12-year-old boy several times since 2006.  

A two-week criminal investigation by Indiana State Police resulted in the arrest of Rolland D. Bay, 47, 4859 Boicourt Dr., Rochester, IN. Bay was taken into custody at his home after he was served a Fulton Superior Court arrest warrant alleging two class A felony charges and one class C felony charge of child molesting. He is incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail with a $100,000 bond.

Detective Dormer started his investigation after the victim’s mother reported her 12-year-old son had been molested by Bay several times since 2006.
