VINCENNES, Ind. (AP) - Vincennes University says it is raising tuition and fees for
students by 3.75 percent this year and 4 percent next school year.
The state-supported school said Monday that in-state
students will pay $157 more for the coming school year.
Under the plan, VU's tuition and fees for in-state students
for 2009-10 will be $4,360 and will be $4,534 for 2010-11. Tuition
and fees last year totaled $4,203.
VU enrolls about 10,000 students at its campuses in Vincennes
and Jasper and other sites across Indiana. It offers six bachelor's
degree programs and 200 associate degree and certificate programs.
