INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Do you like to drive big trucks in the snow? The state of Indiana might have a job for you.
The Indiana Department of Transportation said Thursday it is hiring 114 on-call snow plow drivers and mechanics this winter to supplement its permanent winter work force.
INDOT says it will accept job applications through Wednesday.
The jobs will last only during the winter months and hours will vary each week based upon the weather and need. Applicants must pass a drug test and have a commercial drivers license.
