Five hospitalized after accident

NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) - Two people were seriously injured and three more where sent to the hospital after a two-car accident in New Haven Wednesday afternoon.

According to New Haven Police, just after four, a gold colored car pulled out in front of an SUV near the Burger King on State Road 930.

The SUV ended up t-boning the car.

Investigators said they found a bottle of alcohol inside the gold car however they do not know if any of the occupants had been drinking.

The accident remains under investigation.
