FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) East Allen County Schools is asking for input from parents and members of the community as the board searches for a new district superintendent.
In January, Dr. Karyle Green announced that she would leave when her contract expired on June 30, 2014. However in February it was announced that Green and the district would part ways on March 1, 2013.
The EACS board is working with the University Team Support for Superintendent Recruitment to find her replacement. The board decided not to hire an interim superintendent. The goal is to have Green's replacement hired in time for the 2013-2014 school year.
