DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) After responding to help out a driver of a car with a flat tire on I-69, police arrested the sole occupant due to the results of a breath test and the discovery of drugs and drug paraphernalia in the car.
Police were called to assist the car on the side of I-69 around 7:05 p.m. on Monday. 39-year-old Rachel A. Reamer, of Angola, was sitting in the driver's seat and, according to police, the responding trooper could smell alcohol on her breath.
The trooper called for assistance as the incident was now an investigation into operating while intoxicated (OWI).

Reamer registered a blood alcohol content of .12 percent in a breath test on the scene. She was arrested and taken to the DeKalb County Jail.
