KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) A North Webster man is facing drug charges after a recent undercover investigation.
Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Lynn Allen Umber, 58, on Monday. He's preliminarily charged with two counts of class A felony dealing a schedule III controlled substance within 1000 feet of either a school, park, or government housing. According to police, undercover officers purchased the prescription painkiller oxycontin from Umber on two occasions.
Umber's bond has been set at $50,000.
