FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Fort Wayne Police arrested two people on Monday night just before midnight as part of investigation based on drug-house tips.
Police arrested Chandraa Coe, 40, and Duane Cunningham, 22, after finding a meth lab in the trash and more evidence of meth production at a home in the 1600-block of High Street.
Police found a discarded meth lab in the trash at a home in the 1600-block of Kelly Drive and arrested Coe at that location.
Detectives called in the Fort Wayne Police Department's Meth Lab Suppression Team to process the trash. They then learned that Cunningham has inside a home at the 1600-block of High Street with more items used to make meth.
With the assistance of the Fort Wayne Police Department Gang and Violent Crimes Unit, Cunningham was arrested without incident.
