Thieves steal tires and rims from dealership

AUBURN, Ind. (WANE) - The Auburn Police Department needs your help in locating a thieves who took 12 tires and rims off of three vehicles from the Ben Davis Ford Car lot.

Police said the theft happened between 7:00 p.m. on October 16 and 7:00 a.m. on October 17.  The thieves removed all four tires from the vehicles on display in the parking lot.  They used bricks to support the Ford Edges after removing the tires.

Police said the suspects had to have some type of vehicle or vehicles to transport the stolen tires and rims. 

If you have any information or saw anything, you're asked to contact the Auburn Police Department at 260-920-3200.  Crime Stoppers is offering up a reward of $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of those responsible.
