Several businesses and a vacant unit inside of a strip mall in downtown Ligonier were raided Thursday afternoon.

Ligonier police officers and the Noble County SWAT team were at the scene for several hours, according to officers.

Officers were seen coming in and out of a taco restaurant inside of the strip mall, located at 109 W. 2nd Street.

One of the officers at the scene referred a NewsChannel 15 photographer to the District Attorney's Office.

The DA could not discuss Thursday's activities. A call to an FBI representative in Fort Wayne has not yet been returned.
