Police seeking information on robbery at Walgreen's on Stellhorn Rd.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Walgreens pharmacy on Stellhorn Road was robbed at around 1 a.m. on Thursday.

The Fort Wayne Police Department said a man approached the pharmacy counter with a note demanding Methadone and Fentanyl. He then left the store on foot.

Police said the man did not show a weapon and there were no injuries reported.

Investigators are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect.

The suspect is described as:

  • Male
  • White
  • Twenties
  • 6' tall
  • 150-160 lbs
  • Brown hair
  • Last seen wearing black Carhartt jacket with a light blue hooded-sweatshirt under the jacket, and blue jeans

Anyone with any information on the suspect from the surveillance footage is asked to contact the City of Fort Wayne Police Department at (260) 427-1222 or CrimeStoppers at (260) 436-STOP (7867).
