DECATUR, Ind. (WANE) – Decatur police are still trying to sort out an overnight incident that sent one person to the hospital after being stabbed early Sunday morning.
According to the Decatur Police Department, officers were called around 12:30 a.m. to the 200 block of 17th Street where one person was found suffering from an apparent stab wound.
Police said the victim was taken to Adams Memorial Hospital for treatment, but the injuries were non-life threatening.
No arrests have been made as officers are still trying to find out exactly what led to the stabbing.
If anyone has any information, they are asked to call the Decatur Police Department at 260-724-3123.
