FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - PNC Bank is offering a $25,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in Thursday's robbery.

An employee was handcuffed during the morning robbery at PNC Bank.

Police responded to the armed robbery at the business located at 5610 Coventry Lane around 9:15 a.m. on Thursday.

Police said three people with masks on entered the bank. Each person had a handgun. According to police, one bank employee was handcuffed. Police report that were no injuries but said one person had been taken to a hospital for medical purposes.

Officers said the three suspects fled on foot out the back of the building. They got away with an unknown amount of money.

Police said a K-9 unit tracked the scent, but lost it in Coventry Villas, near PNC Bank.

"When [a track] terminates abruptly like that, that indicates to us that there was likely a waiting vehicle that our perpetrators hopped in and then fled the area," Raquel Foster, spokesperson for the Fort Wayne Police Department said.

A handgun was recovered at the scene, but police have not determined if it is connected to this robbery.

Foster said the bank was open at the time of the robbery, but there were no customers inside.
