MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - Police say a licensed practical nurse at Miller's Merry Manor in Plymouth was arrested after stealing a resident's credit card.

On Tuesday, police were notified that a credit card belonging to a resident at the nursing home was missing.

According to Indiana State Police, Alisha Capps, 26, of Lakeville, made several purchases with the resident's credit card in Plymouth, Lapaz, and the surrounding area.

Police also discovered that Capps had a prescription medication that belonged to a different resident at Miller’s Merry Manor.

Capps was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail. Capps faces several preliminary felony charges including forgery, theft, possession of a legend drug, and interfering with the delivery of a prescription drug by a health care provider.
