FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) -- A Fort Wayne man is in jail after police say he persuaded a 12-year-old female Facebook friend to send him partly nude photos.

Raymond L. Ybarra Jr. was being held at the Allen County Jail on $72,500 bond Thursday following his arrest on charges including child exploitation and child solicitation.

The Journal Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/Z2du0A ) that the girl's aunt contacted police after she found the girl's Facebook page open on her iPad. Court documents say police also found child pornography on Ybarra's cellphone, and he admitted he had sent the photos to others.

Court documents say 38-year-old Ybarra and the girl became Facebook friends after they met at a party in September.

A jail officer didn't know whether Ybarra has an attorney. A hearing was set for later Thursday.
