MARION, Ind. (WANE) - Officials are investigating a homicide after 81-year-old Duwayne Lindsey was found dead in his home.
Police were called to a home in the 2400 block of South Adams Street a little after 2 p.m. Friday.
That's when officers found Lindsey dead in the home.
An autopsy Saturday morning showed Lindsey died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Police believe he was a victim of a robbery that happened in his home. According to a police report on Monday, there were no signs of forced entry at his home, which leads police to believe he either knew the suspect(s) or came to trust the suspect(s).
Anyone with information is asked to call the Marion Police Department at (765) 662-9981.
