MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) Update, Tuesday, 2:50 p.m.: Police have found the child officials said was abducted earlier on Tuesday.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Dept., an Indiana State Police officer recognized the car from the information released by the Marshall County Sheriff's Department and found the child near the Indiana-Ohio state line.
Officials said the baby had not been harmed and no charges would be filed.

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) Police are asking for help in locating a man who took his six-month old child without permission.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Department said Kenneth Hively, 19, took his six-month-old son without permission on Tuesday; he does not have custody of the boy, according to officials.
Hively is believed to be driving a 2002 Gold Ford Focus and may have been in Columbia City around 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
The child is not believed to be in danger and officials think he may be heading to Ashland, Ohio which would take him through the Fort Wayne area.
Anyone who sees a car matching the description or anyone who may know the whereabouts of Hively are asked to call the Marshall County Sheriff at 574-936-3187.
WANE does not have specifics on how the child was taken or where he was taken from at this time.
