FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A pizza delivery man was robbed at gunpoint just after midnight on Monday morning.
According to the police report, the pizza delivery man had just delivered a pizza at a house on the 2400-block of Hoagland Ave. and was returning to his car when he was approached by a man he had previously seen walking southbound on the east side of the street.
As the victim reached the passenger door, the suspect came up to him with a handgun and said "you know what it is, give me what you got." The police report states that the suspect got abut twenty dollars in cash, then demanded the wallet itself, which the victims states did not have any more money in it.
Police responded to the scene with a K9 officer and tracked a trail that terminated at eh 2400-block of South Calhoun.
Detective say the suspect is a man in his early twenties who weighs about 130 pounds and is about 5'6" tall.
