Officers find 27g of heroin in home

CELINA, Ohio (WANE)  Police in Celina said they found 27 grams of heroin and seven ounces of marijuana in the home of a man on probation.

On August 31, the Celina Police Department, the Mercer County Adult Probation Office, and the Grand Lake Drug Task Force conducted a check at the Sycamore Street home of Jerrod Muhlenkamp.

In all, officers said they seized approximately 27 grams of heroin and seven ounces of marijuana. The street value of the drugs is estimated at $10,000. 

Muhlenkamp, 30, was taken to the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility on a probation violation. The investigation continues and additional charges are possible.
