Man critical after shooting in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Fort Wayne police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured early Tuesday morning.
At about 6:15 officers went to 1844 Broadway Street in reference to an unconscious male. When they arrived they found a male victim who appeared to be suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Paramedics took the victim to a local hospital in serious condition. He was downgraded to critical condition by a physician at the hospital.
Detectives have interviewed witnesses at the scene. No arrests have been made and there are no suspects at this time.
