CELINA, Ohion (WANE) The Mercer County Sheriff's Department arrested a Celina man and charged him with four counts of Child Endangering.

Michael Jason Buschur, 38, is accused of using a shock device (a grill lighter) on children from the ages of 7 to 13 as well as inappropriate touching. The parents of the children have been notified.

Buschur was arrested on Monday and taken to the Adult Detention Facility in Mercer County. He posted 10% of the $75,000 bond set. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 9 at 9:00 a.m.

Buschur is a member of the Montezuma Fire Department and until early 2012, he worked as a part time police officer with the Village of St. Henry. Officials do not have any reason to believe his work at the Fire Department or his work as a police officer are related to the offenses he is accused of.
