NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - Police arrested a man after finding more than four ounces of cocaine and over $1,000 in cash in his home.
Police said Juan Jose Rodriguez, 31, of Ligonier, allegedly sold cocaine on three separate occasions, beginning in October of 2012.
On Wednesday, police searched Rodriguez's home at the 100 block of Bowery Street in Ligonier and found more than four ounces of cocaine, along with cash.
According to court documents, Rodriguez was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine,
Greater than three grams, a class A felony.
Prosecutor Steven Clouse said Rodriguez is expected to have his initial hearing on Friday. His bail will be set during that hearing.
