DILLSBORO, Ind. (WANE) Indiana State Excise Police arrested a southern Indiana man after they got a tip about an advertisement on Craigslist for a "moonshine still".

According to a spokesperson for the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, the February 2 Craigslist post listed a "moonshine still" for sale along with a five gallon bucket, 20 liter pot, copper wiring, air locks and a tester for $150.

Excise officers arrested Curtis A. McNutt, Jr., 30, of Dillsboro on a preliminary charge of possession of a still or distilling apparatus for the manufacture of a liquor.

Under Indiana law it is unlawful for someone to own, have in his possession or under his control, a still or distilling apparatus for the manufacture of liquor.
