WARSAW, Ind. (WANE) - Police arrested a Warsaw man Wednesday after they found several active methamphetamine labs inside of his apartment.

The Warsaw Police Department said they served a drug search warrant on Wednesday around 6:00 p.m. following an investigation at 112 S. Scott Street in Warsaw. Police said they found several one-pot meth labs, miscellaneous precursors to the manufacture of meth, and an HCL generator inside of the apartment.

Police said two teenagers were also found at the apartment. Police turned the teens over to the Indiana Department of Child Services.

According to police, Foster Dutton, 39, of Warsaw, was charged with manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, a class A felony, and possession of precursors to the manufacture of methamphetamine, a class C felony. Dutton’s bond was set at $20,000.

Police said the charges were increased because Dutton's apartment was close to Lakeview Middle School and several city parks.

Officials said the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
