WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - Two people were arrested after an Indiana State Trooper found materials to make meth inside a minivan after a routine traffic stop.

At about 8:15 Tuesday morning, Senior Trooper Roy Stuckey saw a minvan going southbound on U.S. 33 north of County Road 550 North in Whitley County.  The minivan passed another vehicle in a no passing zone.

Trooper Stuckey turned his cruiser around and saw the minivan turn onto 550 N and into a private driveway.

A check of the driver found that she had an arrest warrant out of Kosciusko County for failing to appear for a charge of false informing.

The passenger was wanted in Noble County.

When he looked inside the minivan, Trooper Stuckey found materials commonly used to make meth, including anhydrous ammonia.

23-year old Tracy Bogner of Churubusco and 28-year old James Lee Severit of Wolf Lake were arrested and taken to the Whitley County Jail.
