A Marion County, Indiana jury deliberated two hours Tuesday evening before returning a guilty verdict in the case of a Fort Wayne man who was arrested by police at an Indianapolis mall back in 2010 for videotaping up women's skirts with a camera attached to his shoe.

David Delagrange was convicted on four counts of attempted child exploitation and one count of resisting law enforcement following an incident in February of 2010 at Castleton Square Mall where a part-time officer noticed him acting suspiciously.

Investigators said Delagrange would approach women who were wearing dresses and place his right foot that had a camera attached to the shoe in a spot where the camera could get a view up the woman's clothing.  Delagrange controlled the camera from his pockets.

Several counts of voyeurism were dropped asa result of an Indiana Court of Appeals ruling in the case. Sentencing for Delagrange has been set for March 1, 2012.
