EDINBURGH, Ind. (AP) -- The Indiana Department of Correction says an inmate with less than a month left to serve in prison walked away from a work crew at Camp Atterbury.
Edinburgh Correctional Facility Fran Osburn says 20-year-old Jacob Aflleje was discovered missing early Monday afternoon. The minimum security prison is also located on the grounds of Camp Atterbury.
Affleje was serving a 10-year sentence for arson out of Morgan County. He was due to be released July 7.
Affleje is described as a white man with short black hair and brown eyes, 5-foot-11, weighing 170 pounds. He has
several noticeable tattoos on both hands and his lower left arm.
Anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts should call the prison at 812-526-8434, extension 201.
