HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - Huntington County Commissioner Tom Wall, was indicted on Friday on seven class B misdemeanor charges of battery against two women.
NewsChannel 15's LaMar Holliday spoke to D.J. Sigler, the Whitley County Deputy Prosecutor, on Friday afternoon. Sigler said Wall is expected to turn himself in once the charges have been filed.
The grand jury has been hearing testimonies for two days and began deliberation on Friday.
According to police, several women made allegations that Wall had inappropriately touched them at different times over the last year-and-a-half.
