FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The trial began Tuesday for the man accused of killing a woman near McCulloch Park in September of 2010.

Patrick Fluker faces charges of Murder and Receiving Stolen Auto Parts.

On September 3, police found Tiffany Mendez, 29, shot to death at McCulloch Park. While there, officers say they saw Fluker drive off in a stolen vehicle.

His trial is expected to wrap up on Thursday.
