Evidence of drug dealing, weapons found at home on Gaywood Dr.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) The Fort Wayne Police Department’s Vice & Narcotics Division arrested two on various drug and weapons related charges when they served a warrant at a home on Gaywood Drive.

Police found evidence of drug dealing and several fire arms, one of which had been reported stolen. Two people were in the home at the time of the raid and were arrested.

Christian D. Shelton, 34, faces the following charges:

• Possession of Marijuana-(D Felony)
• Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance-(D-Felony)
• Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance-(D-Felony)
• Maintaining A Common Nuisance-(D Felony)
• Possession of Stolen Property-(D Felony)
• Serious Violent Felon in Possession of a Handgun-(B Felony)
• Possession of Paraphernalia-(A Misdemeanor)

Mildred A. Hernandez, 41, faces the following charges:

• Maintaining a Common Nuisance-(D Felony)
