Armed robbers hit Cap n' Cork on N. Coliseum

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Fort Wayne police are investigating an armed robbery at a Fort Wayne liquor store Thursday night.

Just before midnight, officers were called to the Cap n' Cork in the 1400 block of North Coliseum Boulevard.

Police said two men entered the store with weapons, demanded cash, and fled the store. Officers did not provide a description of the suspects or how they got away.

Police said two employees were inside the store at the time of the robbery, one was tied up.

No injuries were reported.

The case remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department.

Anyone with information should call police or Crime Stoppers.
