FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Police are investigating a pharmacy robbery that took place at the Lafayette Medical Center at 2700 Lafayette St., near the intersection of E. Pontiac.
According to police, a man entered the Community Care Pharmacy at about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, went to the counter and handed a clerk a note. The note said he had a gun and included a list of narcotics he wanted. He never showed a gun during the robbery.
The man left with the drugs and was seen heading westbound.
No one in the pharmacy was injured in the incident.
