FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A 73-year-old man is facing federal charges for "knowingly possessing or accessing with intent to view materials which depicted minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct," according to a press release from the United States Attorney's office.
According to the release, Harry L. Esterline, of Fort Wayne, is charged with having explicit materials of minors in July 2009.
The charge is a result of an investigation conducted by the FBI Cyber Crime Task Force. The task force includes the FBI, The Fort Wayne Police Department, Indiana State Police, Allen County Police Department and the Hamilton County Metro Crimes Against Children Task Force.
