STEUBEN CO., Ind. (WANE) - After an investigation that lasted ten months, Steuben County Sheriff’s Deputies and Angola Police Officers arrested seven people Thursday on various drug charges. Two other suspects are still at large.
Arrested and taken to the Steuben County Jail:
1. James A. Scott, 34, and currently housed in the Steuben County Jail on unrelated charges. Charges include two counts dealing in Methamphetamine, both class B felonies. $50,000 bond on each charge.
2. Warren T. Halls III, 33, of Angola. Charged with Dealing Methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a public park, a class A felony. Bond $100,000.
3. Shelly L. Gibbeny, 46, of Angola. Dealing in cocaine, a class B felony. Held without bail.
4. Robert W. Baldwin, 47, of Angola. Charged with two class A felony counts of Dealing in Cocaine. Bond $200,000.
5. Brian E. Villano, 27, and currently housed in the Steuben County jail on unrelated charges. Charged with one count of dealing in a look-a-like substance, a class C felony. Bond $25,000.
6. Dustin W. Vanwagner, 29, of Angola. Charged with three counts of dealing in a schedule I, II, III controlled substance. All three class B felonies. Also charged with Dealing in Marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. Bond $155,000.
7. Kacy R. Wheeler, 21, of Angola. Charged with one count of dealing in a look-a-like substance, a class C felony. Bond $25,000.
