WARSAW, Ind. (WANE) - 19-year-old Daniel W. Kitch was arrested on charges of Burglary with Forcible Entry, a Class C felony, on Saturday.
Kitch and two juvenile suspects allegedly broke the glass front door at The Underground, a tobacco accessories store in Warsaw, at around 5 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers did not locate anyone inside the shop. The Underground owner and officers reviewed the surveillance video and recognized the suspects as those involved in a traffic stop on Friday night by Warsaw Police.
Daniel W. Kitch of Akron, Ind. was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on charges of Burglary with Forcible Entry after Indiana State Police located him at his house on Saturday.
The two juveniles, who are both 17 years old, were released to their parents. Charges of Burglary for the juveniles will be forwarded to the Kosciusko County Probation Department.
Police said at this time there appears to be nothing taken from The Underground shop.
