OSCEOLA, Ind. (WANE) - Indiana excise police officers arrested 13 people at an Osceola house party early Sunday morning.

Police said they were called to the scene after receiving complaints of underage drinking at the 10 thousand block of Douglas Road.

According to police, around 80 people were inside the home drinking alcohol.

Eight minors were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol, a class C misdemeanor. Five of them were also charged with visiting a common nuisance, a class A misdemeanor.

Police said homeowner Steven Flaim, 49, and residents Triston Gil, 21, and William Hughes, 23, were arrested for hosting the party and providing the alcohol.

The three men were preliminarily charged with maintaining a common nuisance, a class D felony, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a class A misdemeanor.

Officers said two 17-year-old girls were also cited and released to their parents.

Police said people over the age of 21 at the party were released from the scene without incident.
