STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- A northern Indiana investigation ended Wednesday with the arrest on an Angola man who allegedly sold drugs to detectives over the past year.

According to the Indiana Multi-Agency Group Enforcement (I.M.A.GE.), a multi-jurisdictional drug task force made up of officers from Steuben, LaGrange, Noble and DeKalb counties, officers found what is believed to be meth, paraphernalia and a controlled substance while serving an arrest warrant in the 500 block of Williams Street in Angola.

As a result of the search, Richard O. Brandon, 27, was charged with dealing a controlled substance, a Class B felony.

During an interview, police said Brandon admitted the items found belonged to him.

He was taken to the DeKalb County Jail on the warrant with a $10,000 bond. I.M.A.G.E said additional charges for Brandon will be filed through the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department.
