FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- After a Fort Wayne man was arrested on multiple drug charges Wednesday, Fort Wayne police found baggies of cocaine and crack cocaine in his rectum.
Clifford Kennedy White, 43, was arrested around 1:30 Wednesday morning after an officer pulled him over on Broadway Street for driving without headlights.
The officer then searched White's vehicle after he provided false registration, and found a baggie of cocaine, a skin patch containing Fentanyl, and a razor blade and digital scale, both of which had traces of cocaine on them. Officers also found $4,183 in cash in White's pocket.
When police began an interview with White, they noticed he was sitting awkwardly. Police asked White if he had anything in his rectum, which he initially denied. White eventually produced a plastic bag containing 29.2 grams of cocaine.
After the interview, officers saw White placing his finger in his rectum, and a subsequent search found a second baggie, this one containing 16.7 grams of crack cocaine.
White was arrested for Dealing in Cocaine and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
White is the brother of Shadwaynn Curry, also known as Mikki White, who was arrested last November after police found multiple pounds of marijuana, paraphernalia, and cocaine .
