CBS: Obama wins second term with victory over Romney

New York (CBS/WANE) CBS News has projected Barack Obama as the winner of the 2012 presidential election.  CBS projects that the President will win Ohio which will give him the 270 electoral votes needed for re-election.

The Buckeye State had been considered a critical state in determining which candidate would win which both Obama and his Republican opponent Mitt Romney spending considerable time there in the months and weeks leading up to the election.

Romney did manage to win Indiana which had gone to Obama in 2008 when he faced John McCain.
