FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) According to CNET , Twitter crashed for almost an hour on Thursday.

Twitter appeared to be working correctly around 1:20 p.m. but pingdom still displayed service disruption information on their site.

According to the crowd-powered service monitoring site, downrightnow , Twitter went down around 12 p.m. EST.

The twitter status blog posted an update around 12:30 p.m. that said "Users may be experiencing issues accessing Twitter. Our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue."
