FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Governor Daniels was in Fort Wayne Tuesday to talk to area kids about “Lemonade Day”.

The program is a free, nationwide initiative to teach kids how to start and operate their own business.

Governor Daniels said the event is a great way for kids to find out if the business world appeals to them.

“A first taste of risk taking and trying something new and seeing if they can create a product, a service that someone will freely choose to purchase.”

Lemonade Day will be held on May 12th.
