FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club will hold its 2012 national meeting in Fort Wayne.
Visit Fort Wayne made the announcement Monday morning.
The national meeting will take place from July 15 to July 21 and will be held at the Grand Wayne Center.
Over 900 attendees are expected for the event.
Fort Wayne beat out Chattanooga, Grand Rapids, Knoxville, Louisville and Springfield, Missouri in the bidding process.
The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC) is a non-‐profit, educational, international organization that advocates an awareness of fishing tackle collecting as a hobby and assists members in the location, identification, and trading of vintage fishing-‐related equipment.
