STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - An Indiana state trooper has resigned after being charged with Felony Official Misconduct and two Misdemeanor Battery charges.
According to the AP, charges were filed Wednesday against Michael Mosier, 28, accusing him of groping a 19-yr-old woman after he pulled her over for speeding.
Steuben County Prosecutor Tom Wilson told The Journal Gazette that Mosier told the woman to get into his police cruiser and that he touched her chest and bottom.
Mosier was a state trooper for 2 ½-years and was assigned to the Indiana Toll Road post.
