Multi-vehicle fire at Kelley Wrecker

Employees report hearing several small explosions

FORT WAYNE, IN, (WANE) Firefighters are investigating a multi-vehicle fire at a Fort Wayne business.

Just after four o’clock, fire crews were dispatched to Kelley Wrecker, near the intersection of State and Wells.

When they arrived, they found a large fire that had spread to at least five vehicles.

Fire crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire and no one was injured.

Workers at Kelley reported hearing several small explosions before the fire started however the cause is still under investigation.
