KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - A Syracuse woman was killed Sunday morning after her vehicle collided with a tree in rural Kosciusko County.
County police responded to a single vehicle crash around 9:03 a.m. A car hit a tree on CR 900 North near CR 550 East.
A Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department corporal said a witness was in his driveway and saw the car going west on CR 900 North when it suddenly went off the road and slammed into a tree.
Dorinda C. Conley, 39, of Syracuse, was pronounced dead at the scene.
It's still not clear why Conley went off the road.
