FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A Fort Wayne pet store got its third stolen puppy back Saturday night.
Three puppies were stolen from the store several weeks ago. Two puppies were found a week later.
The third, this English Bulldog, was still missing. The store manager explains how this puppy was found.
"We had a person come in saying they wanted a reward for a puppy they had found and stayed here and asked a couple questions. We figured out that he had our dog because he brought in a picture of the dog that he had. So Decatur police went and picked the dog up at his parent's residence and brought him to Allen County. Animal Control just dropped him off. We ectatic to have him back. He's gotten a lot bigger," said Petland Manager Ryan Moore.
The store thanks the community for helping bring the puppy back.
