2 dead in motorcycle crash

LaFontaine, IND. (WANE)-- - Two people were killed in a motorcycle crash Wednesday afternoon at the Wabash/Grant County line.

A motorcyle driven by Gordon McQueen, 55, of Marion, was going north on State Road 15.  The motorcycle collided with a vehicle driven by Judith Sims, 64, of LaFontaine.

Sims allegedly stopped at the intersection, did not see the motorcycle, and pulled into its path.

McQueen and his passenger, Vickie Crispen, 43, of Rochester, were both killed in the crash. 

Police said neither McQueen nor Crispen was wearing a helmet, but that even if one had been worn, it would not have prevented their death. Crews took Sims to the Wabash County Hospital in an unknown condition.
