NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (AP) - The mayor of Noblesville says one of the city's employees has been diagnosed with measles.
That brings the number of cases of the disease to at least 14 in central Indiana's Hamilton and Boone counties.
Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear said the city employee was diagnosed with the illness on Friday.
He said city officials are trying to determine how the worker was exposed and if any other employees have been exposed.
Indiana health officials on Tuesday had said the state had 13 confirmed cases.
Officials said they expected additional cases because the illness has an incubation period of up to three weeks.
