FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The family of a murdered Fort Wayne man presented a cashier's check to Crime Stoppers Wednesday in the amount of $10,000. Family members hope the money will entice anyone with information to come forward.
On April 13, 2007, Timothy Zimmerman, 57, was found stabbed to death in his apartment at 427 Greenlawn Avenue. Zimmerman was a realtor who worked at the Coldwell Banker office on Stellhorn.
Zimmerman's girlfriend had reported him missing earlier in the day and police found his truck parked about a block from the apartment at the intersection of Greenlawn and Courtland.
